6. XP and Progression System

Our XP and leveling system is designed to reward legitimate gameplay. We reserve the right to:

Adjust XP calculations to fix bugs or exploits
Remove XP gained through cheating or exploitation
Modify the XP system to improve balance

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Users may also delete their accounts at any time through the settings page.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Checkpoint is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the platform will be error-free or uninterrupted.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Checkpoint shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
